Extended Day
Woodside Montessori Academy offers childcare before and after the summer
program for a charge of $8.00 per hour.

Extended Day Times: 8-9 AM & 2-5:30 PM

As with all the summer programs, Woodside reserves the right to cancel extended
day due to lack of enrollment.

Download the extended day registration form here!

Deposit/Tuition Policy
A nonrefundable deposit of $50 per child, per session must be submitted along with
your child’s application. This deposit will be applied to your tuition and the balance
of the tuition must be received by June 27th. Field Trips are an additional cost that will be determined based on the specific trip.

Withdrawal or cancellation prior to the first day of the summer program for any reason
will result in a full refund less the nonrefundable deposit of $50 per child per session. All withdrawals and cancellations must be made in writing and received prior to the first day of camp. Withdrawals and cancellations after the first day of the summer program will result in forfeit of the entire tuition amount because of the staff having been hired in advance. Cancellation or withdrawal from camp for serious medical reasons, once the program has commenced, must be submitted in writing with a note from the attending physician and any refunds will be made on a pro-rated basis.

Limited Enrollment Policy
In order to ensure both effective student/instructor ratio and a quality learning environment, Woodside will continue the policy of limiting the number of students in each program. Applications will be accepted until the first day of the session. However, early enrollment is strongly recommended, as applications are accepted on a space available basis. Woodside Montessori Academy reserves the right to cancel any program, including extended day, due to lack of enrollment.

Health Forms
A physician examination from within the last year along with proof of state required immunization records is required prior to admittance to the summer program. A blank form will be provided although most physicians have their own form which is acceptable. This physician form and proof of immunization must be received prior to the start of the summer program; students will not be allowed to participate unless this health information has been received. These forms are on file for students that attended Woodside Montessori Academy during the past school year.

Emergency Release Form
A parent or guardian must give Woodside Montessori Academy permission to secure proper emergency medical treatment if necessary. The emergency form must be received prior to the start of the summer program; students will not be allowed to participate unless this emergency form has been received. These forms are on file for students that attend Woodside Montessori Academy during the school year, if your contact information is different during the summer please update your file with the office.
